Heading south to Andalucia for The Times, I got to explore the storied streets of Cádiz with its Phoenician roots, Roman sites and incredible energy. Hanging by a thread of land from Spain’s southern coast, this tiny city punches above its weight when it comes to charm-filled hotels and incredible cuisine.
